Upper Keys Marine Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated full service marine contractor and has been in business for over 30 years. We have always maintained a reputation for experience, quality work and customer satisfaction. Seawalls, docks, and piling installation are the basis for our business but being State Certified General Contractors, we can handle any task labeled “impossible”. The founder of our company, Johnny T. DeBrule has been in the construction industry in Monroe County since the late 60’s. His projects range from road construction, bridge building to water treatment plants. Many of the canals our satisfied customers live on were created by Johnny when most of our neighborhoods still had dirt roads. His son’s David and Johnny E. now run the daily operations with the skills and dedication to perfection drilled into them by their father many years ago.
